TERMS AND CONDITIONS— KLIQ APP

Operator: TERYA Group BV, Lambroekstraat 5A, 1831 Diegem, Belgium (“TERYA”, “we”, “us”, “our”)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the KLIQ app on MiniPay or any other platform or operating system (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service
The App allows users (“you”, “user”) to upload photos, including the related metadata of requested environments or locations and receive compensation (“Rewards”) in return. These materials are collectively referred to as “Data.”

3. Ownership and License
Upon upload, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Data, including copyrights, metadata, and derivative rights, are automatically and irrevocably transferred to TERYA without limitation.
You hereby waive any moral or economic rights over the Data. TERYA may use, modify, analyze, publish, sublicense, or resell the Data without restriction or attribution.

4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the data you upload. You confirm that you created the Data yourself, that it does not infringe on any third-party rights, and that you have the necessary permissions.
TERYA is not responsible for verifying these statements. Any liability arising from your data, including claims, damages, or legal disputes, is solely the user’s responsibility.

5. Rewards
Rewards are discretionary, based on the quality and verification of the data. Uploading Data does not guarantee a reward. Rewards are final and non-refundable. TERYA can change the rewards at any time.

6. No Liability
TERYA and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App, your Data, or rewards made through it. You agree to indemnify and hold TERYA harmless from any claim arising from your use.

7. Data Verification and Moderation
TERYA reserves the right to review, reject, or remove data at its sole discretion.

8. No Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be settled in Antwerp, Belgium.

10. Changes to Terms
TERYA may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the new Terms.
